The Doshier Lease is comprised of seven wells and one saltwater injection well currently in production, or under development in Nowata County, Okla. The property spans 80-acres in an area surrounded by many producing oil leases. To date, very little oil has been extracted from the wells in this program, and we believe that there are substantial oil reserves available on the property. Each well on the property has a history of producing more than four barrels per-day The Company acquired a 75 percent net working interest in the Doshier Lease in October 2009. Although production at the Doshier Lease flowed naturally, and did not require any secondary treatments, the Company is planning additional treatments to the wells on the property to further enhance production. New Western has plans for drilling of two new wells in the near future on this lease. The Doshier lease also includes a right first refusal for any future wells developed by RC Oil, which RC Oil presently owns.
